Steve Heiny is one of my favorite professors. He teaches Earlham Seminars and Training for Academic Success (recommenced for incoming student-athletes). His life experiences and energy make any class exciting and he genuinely cares about the well-being of his students, as do many professors here.
the environment here is completely different than in my hometown. This is a very open and accepting campus that gives off a friendly vibe. It is very diverse which allows learning opportunities from many different cultures to people like me, who do not come from a diverse environment.
has not happened yet. There are so many opportunities out there that I would love to do. I am only a sophomore so I am still looking into the different options. I have heard so many positive experiences from EPIC and I cannot wait to do it myself.
